Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based service that focuses on mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).   The Intune Managed Service Offering (IMSO) provides reliable service management for the operation, management and maintenance of Microsoft Intune and related end-user computing features and components in line with Microsoft’s modern management approach.   It has been designed as a supplementary service to the Intune Packaged Service Offering (IPSO) but can be offered independently regardless of whether impeltec has been previously engaged.

This offering covers the following key provisions:
